English actress Ruth Wilson says she often felt like a schoolgirl on the set of her fantasy series His Dark Materials, filmed mostly at Wolf Studios Wales in Cardiff.
“They’re huge, epic sound stages and entire cities were built on the back lot,” marvels the Golden Globe-winning talent (pictured). “It’s a giant playground for us to do all our scenes in and every day I’d go on set and think, ‘What have they built for us now?’”
