Heavenly helper

with angels

Glynis Allen, 73, from Sheffield

I used to think that everyone could see angels. It was my grandma who instilled in me as a young girl that angels are always there to help us and you just have to ask. She would pray to a different angel every day and explain what each one’s role was in the hierarchy. I’ve carried her wisdom about these celestial beings with me all through my life, alongside my wonderful, hereditary gift of seeing and communicating with Spirit.

This proved so valuable during my nursing career, which began in the 1970s. Many people have asked me about my experiences of working with spirit doctors and seeing angels take dearly departed souls to Heaven, so I decided to write about these encounters. My first book, described meetings with ghosts and spirits in hospital wards and in the community. I’ve followed this up with , stories of the beautiful and compassionate angels who came to comfort the sick or save people from danger.
