I’ll ALWAYS be GRATEFUL for my daughter

At Christmas, I read about the courage of Lesley Pearse, who told woman&home how she still missed the baby she’d had adopted 56 years ago. It reminded me that I’m lucky because I was within a whisper of doing the same thing.

It’s not always easy keeping a child, but it’s harder to give her away. At least I got to see my daughter grow into a woman and a mother. I’ll always be grateful for that.
