Classic Caramel Cake

MAKES 1 (9-INCH) CAKE

This traditional recipe takes a little more technique and is so worth the effort.

2½ cups White Lily all-purpose flour
1½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
