Fab, filling and UNDER 400 CALS!

Tuna pasta with green beans

Simple and delicious, with a light creamy sauce – you’d never know this is fewer than 350 calories.

Serves 2Ready in 20 mins

90g wholewheat fusilli
150g green beans
½tsp extra virgin olive oil
200g fresh tuna
45g low-fat soft cheese
2tbsp skimmed milk
1tbsp chopped chives
1tsp sesame seeds
Dill, to garnish (optional)

1 Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta, cook for 7 mins then add the beans and cook for a further 3-4 mins until just tender. Drain.

2 Heat a non-stick frying pan. Brush lightly with oil and sear the tuna on all sides until browned but still pink in the middle. Remove from the pan and cut it into strips.
