Eggs: mark them to move them

IN RECENT years, my breeding season seems to be starting earlier than in previous ones, even though my management methods have remained the same. That is certainly happening with the Fife canaries, although at the time of writing the Yorkshires still remain in the Milton Keynes birdroom.
