‘Triathlon training is all about quality over quantity’

When it comes to triathlon, I am a complete novice. Take me on a bike ride any day of the week, and I’ll be there. Happy to run a couple of weekly miles and have the occasional swim, but when my friend suggests we do a sprint triathlon in the summer, I don’t know where to begin.
