WELSH ponies prevailed as two stallions dazzled the judges and trumped the rest of the breeds to secure respective in-hand and ridden supremes.

The Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) Price Family supreme fell to Kerry Wainwright’s home-bred Welsh section B Skellorn Bronze Soldier, who was being awarded a qualification for the fourth time in his illustrious in-hand career.
