Harissa Chicken and Farro Salad

1. Heat oven to 450°F. Cook ¾ cup quick-cooking farro per pkg. directions.
2. On large rimmed baking sheet, toss 1 large sweet potato (about 1¼ lbs; cut into 1½-in. pieces) with 2 Tbsp oil and ¼ tsp each kosher salt and pepper. Roast 8 min.
In bowl, whisk together ¼ cup , 2 Tbsp and 1 Tbsp . Add four 6-oz and toss to coat.
