BURGHLEY winner Piggy March landed her second major title this month as she led throughout Blenheim’s CCI4*-S for eight- and nine-year-old horses. Riding Jayne McGivern’s delightful white-grey stallion Halo, Piggy set a record dressage score of 21.3 and, after showjumping clear, seemingly coasted to victory.

“He’s a pleasure to ride, and such fun,” said Piggy, describing Halo as “16hh on his tiptoes”.
