New colleagues are getting me down

Q I’ve recently moved departments at work. It seems to be the norm in this group to comment on each other’s hair, clothes and accessories. I’m a bit of a plain Jane and I’ve never had much interest in my clothes or image, but I always look clean and tidy. They’re getting to me, though, and I’m beginning to feel frumpy.
