PISSED OFF

Police in London, Ontario, responding to a report that a man had been struck by a car, discovered that the victim had been deliberately run over by his neighbour. The 38-year-old man had reportedly seen someone urinating on his front lawn and had retaliated by leaping into his car and driving it at the miscreant, giving him a gash on the head and other injuries.
