Extroverted, funny and a lover of all things beautiful – the Real Housewife of Durban (RHOD) star and businesswoman, Nonku Williams, is so much more than what we see on screen.

She’s a devout Christian who makes God her priority and intersperses many Bible verses during our interview. She’s also a hard-working single mom.

Although she wears the glitz and glamour well, her devotion to her children is unmistakable. And like any other single mom, she’s hustling hard for her children because she wants to make sure they’re well taken care of. She works hard to build a legacy for them.

She beams when she talks about her three treasures, Nothile (15), her eldest child with the late gospel star Sfiso Ncwane. She also has two sons, Musawakhe (10) and Phendulile (5) – who are her children with her ex-husband.

She won’t say much about the father of her boys, but admits that their separation was very acrimonious. She has previously stated on social media that their relationship was marked by domestic violence and that she was mentally and physically abused.

She says: “We’re still in court proceedings as things don’t seem to be resolved. There seems to be no end to it – he fights me on every level.”
