Cheesy Beef Crunch Tacos

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Finely chop 1 medium red onion; transfer ¼ cup to bowl. Stir in 1 small jalapeño (sliced), 1 Tbsp lime juice and a pinch of kosher salt; set aside.

Heat 2 tsp in large skillet on medium. Add remaining onion and sauté until tender, 3 to 4 min. Stir in 2 cloves (pressed). Add 1 lb (85% lean) and cook on medium-high, breaking up, 5 min. Add 2 tsp , 1 tsp each and , ½ tsp and ¼; cook, breaking up beef, 1 min. Stir in one 10-oz can and simmer until slightly thickened, 4 to 5 min.
