Grilled Pork and Pineapple Sandwiches

1. Heat grill to medium. In bowl, mix ⅓ cup ketchup and 1 tsp chipotles in adobo (finely chopped) plus 2 tsp adobo.
2. Cut one 1¼-lb pork tenderloin (trimmed) crosswise into 8 pieces. Pound each piece to ¼ in. thick. Brush with 2 tsp on both sides and season with ½ tsp each and . Peel and core 1 small , then cut four ¼-in.-thick slices (save remaining pineapple for other use).
