FROM INNOVATION TO PROSPERITY: THE PATHWAY TO SUSTAINABLE AFRICA

February, I attended the conference, at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in South Africa. The question eloquently presented to us all by the organizers was: “How do we transform Africa and set it on a pathway towards shared prosperity and sustainability?” As they argued, answering this question is a monumental challenge, and the answer lies in innovation and co-creation, building on the diversity of knowledge and unique values within the African continent.
