Delete the app and use X on mobile web for a bit of added friction. Note who’s headed elsewhere and start interacting with them on other networks. Create a list of X diehards you can’t bear to part from, and focus on them during brief visits to the site (while checking replies and DMs). Or just go cold turkey to lose the habit entirely.
