- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A great book by the worlds foremost expert on leadership a must read
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Love his leadership advise, it is great and teaches how to lead, communicate, and how to treat others, even the older book still prevalent today. Great advice for leaders at all levels.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I just dug it out and started rereading it. Its pretty good, a bit pragmatic when it comes to religious leadership though.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Self-help books are kind of like horoscopes; they're general enough to apply to almost anyone and yet still personal enough to feel a little eerie. This one did its job - it was uplifting, but not specifically helpful.I bought this book after listening to a talk on leadership inspired by it. The author is a former minister, and his writing style is in tune with that background. He litters the text with parables and anecdotes.
