I liked the Story itself, but the reader was very hard to listen too... Absolutely no emotion

The whole time I kept going back and forth between two possibilities of what was happening in this book. I am sick of books where women are “made to feel crazy” as part of the story line- so I almost didn’t finish the book but glad I held on for the final few twist were great!

It was okay, but really could have sped up the story and gotten to the point much sooner.

It wasn’t a favorite of Mary Kunica’s books for me. But well written, well narrated, and it was different.
I had about 85% of it figured out earlyyyyyy on. But maybe I’ve read too much and they’re all pretty predictable at this point.

The suspense was good, Mary took the reader through different narrators suspecting they will have a role in the murder in question, only to be shocked at the end.

I didn’t figure out the “twist” to the mystery until well into the story. I like mysteries that make me think of many possibilities.

This was my first book from this author and I am definitely a fan. I liked the fact that there were minimal characters in the story so you suspect everyone at one point of time. Also I enjoyed the fact that I felt as if I was there going through all of the occurrences at the same time with the characters. The plot was awesome and I was not expecting that ending. I cannot wait to read more from this author.

Great book, but a bit longer than it needed to be. She always brings her characters to life. This didn't disappoint, but the ending progressed far too quickly.

Too long! It didn’t get to the point until the last 30 minutes of the book, which made it an excruciating long 9 hours of listening!

Wow! Great book!!! 3/4 way through, I suspected what was going on and most of my suspicions were correct. However, there were still some twists I didn't see coming.
