    I struggle to maintain my weight, because, well, I like to eat! At times I binge. So I was very interested in this bundle. The "mindful eating" concept really helps me. It reminds you when you are hungry and how to eat slowly and when to stop. I like this concept, because it helps me to not overeat at meal times.

    Like I stated above, I seem to binge at times too. Especially in the evening hours. Both books provide the steps necessary to break my bad eating habits and start eating more healthy.
