What our readers think
Readers find this title to be amazing, interesting, and insightful. They enjoy the diversified approach and the focus on the ecology of Ayahuasca. While there are some minor points of criticism, overall, the book is highly recommended for its unbiased view of the subject."
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great book! I enjoyed the diversified approach and the focus on the ecology of Ayahuasca. The book dwells on problems like the extinction of the rainforests in the Amazonas, neo-colonialism and capitalization of shamanic practices. However, some of the medical claims are not correct and some quotes that the book presents are only allegedly assigned to the people who are claimed to have said them.
Only minor points of criticism though. I do recommend the book!2 people found this helpful
