Even though I couldn't read nor write properly (until reaching the third grade), I still managed to express my creativity by saying my thoughts aloud. After experiening trauma from an home invasion and dealing with obesity and bullying, I have decided to write "The Dark Mind of Poetry" to inspire others to turn their pain into art. To express themselves in a nonviolent way. Whether it be by writing poetry, painting, planting, molding, etc. In this book, everyone can be an artist, because everyone has experienced some type of pain.view less
