I have drawn up this small compendium in order to show you some other exercises that will help you improve your condition and relieve the pain caused by this disease.
There are those who say that "the only exercise that may do who suffer from a herniated disc is swimming," but actually who says it usually is due to ignorance of the wide range of exercises that you can practice to relieve this condition, this compendium show you only some of them, latter I will prepare a collection more extensive and detailed my purpose initially was to learn more about them and to be able to exercise, but then I thought of sharing it with other people who also have this diseas
