Value is never defined exactly the same way for every patron. It is individual to each customer. What may be value for one customer may not be value for another. Every type of value statement has different qualities that force each customer to react differently. Why? Specifically because what one customer perceives as value may not be considered as valuable or have any value to another prospect when offered. Imagine that you are a person who wants to be close to the action, so a sales rep pitches you luxury seats at center-court. While some buyers may enjoy the spotlight and being seen by the public, there are just as many who want to avoid being watched.
