Tips on How to Make Chocolate Cake
Cooking is fun. Cooking can always enable us to explore our ideas and creativity. We might never think that the delicious foods we have are so easily made. Let’s prove it with this recipe. Everyone loves chocolate cake. So, let’s learn how to make it and then proudly serve it for your whole family members.
It is also suggested that you look for the other recipes for more creative activities in the kitchen. If it is important, create inspiring atmosphere in the kitchen by giving it the right decoration or organization. Supportive environment can always support us in inventing things. In this case, we can challenge ourselves to invent better and better recipes of chocolate cake or other foods liked by your family.
There are always some things we should prepare before cooking. Make sure you have softened butter or margarine (175g); 175g sugar; 3 eggs; 150g raising flour; 50g cocoa; baking powder (1 tsp) and vanilla extract (1 tsp). For the icing, prepare 100g dark chocolate and the same amount of chopped butter.
Next, prepare heated oven (180°). And then, brush 18cm round tin with extra butter. Put grease-proof paper that fits in the tin base. Take one bowl that is big enough for the whole ingredients. Mix them all with hand-held mixer or wooden spoon. Mix hem thoroughly for about 1 minute. Remember not to beat too much the butter. Just make sure it becomes smooth enough. Pour all the ingredients mixture into the round tin and smooth the surface. Bake it for about 45 to 50 minutes on the middle shelf of your oven. When the cake is raised and having golden color, it means it as well cooked. Or, you can try to insert skewer in the cake
