The right to education of the gifted child or adult person has to take into account the specific pedagogical requirements the person’s aptitude demands. The term giftedness is open to interpretation and often equated with an expected behaviour considered to prove advanced learning ability in comparison to other students. It is also assumed that this behaviour can be explored using IQ tests
