The Human Rights

About this ebook
People believe that governments and systems of justice give them the human rights, through specific rules, laws, and regulations, but this is never the case. Because your human rights are yours continuously as they are innate, since you are a living human being by nature. Authorities may give you privileges, yet rights and privileges are separate concepts. In fact, authorities take away your human rights, and many times, they do so with your full agreement, in a trivial manner. Since surprisingly, you cannot have authorities and human rights simultaneously.
Should authorities not take away your human rights, mostly when you break the law? No, since human rights are innate, as this is your human nature. Even more, human rights are of the third intelligent human level, while laws, beliefs, privileges, corporations, and jurisdictions are of the first fictitious level, remaining incompatible. While authorities write these laws themselves, to infringe the human rights. Everybody knows it, and everybody makes it possible, losing the human rights, while also losing themselves and their loved ones. So you always wave your human rights, and fall into their jurisdiction, where they own you entirely, and they do to you as they please. And it always happens, with humans, souls, and everyone else.
But why exactly do people go against people continuously, losing themselves and the entire world? It always depends on the interaction between people, because sometimes this is harmonious, and sometimes harmful. It is always preferred to have harmony in this world, yet when you want to have more than others do, you cannot have it in a harmonious, egalitarian manner, but only by force, called robbery. And when you persist to desire more than others, you have to change the entire world on your behalf, as tyrants do. Yet this is not the human world anymore, as it is not the human meaning, but only a fictitious enterprise, where humans become merchandise themselves, while fighting and exploiting themselves, in a disconnected manner. Because many times, people create entire wars to take what others have, in an organized crime, while other times, people use fictitious schemes and trickery to determine others to hand them everything including themselves, which is the same organized crime.
And again, this is not at all the human meaning, yet it is always possible, through agreements, through their agreement to give you everything, while even calling you their great king, wonderful master, good lord, helpful patron, or wonderful chief, as you are always their tyrant, serving you for life. While you are not a human being anymore, and neither are they. With the human rights always present, to assure the continuous human freedom, meaning, and fulfillment in life and in this world, and with an entire world fictitious, under oath, and serving vehemently a multitude of tyrants taking everything for themselves, so what exactly is going on?
This book helps you maintain control throughout life while protecting yourself, helping you understand your status, rights, privileges, and place in life and in this world, further helping you become more aware and more responsible. Otherwise, you end up with your entire human condition altered, and therefore with all human rights infringed.

1 Individuals and Authorities Infringing the Human Rights
People believe that governments and systems of justice give them the human rights, through specific rules, laws, and regulations, but this is never the case. Because your human rights are yours continuously as they are innate, since you are a living human being by nature. Authorities may give you privileges, yet rights and privileges are separate concepts. In fact, authorities take away your human rights, and many times, they do so with your full agreement, in a trivial manner. Since surprisingly, you cannot have authorities and human rights simultaneously.
Should authorities not take away your human rights, mostly when you break the law? No, since human rights are innate, as this is your human nature. Even more, human rights are of the third intelligent human level, while laws, beliefs, privileges, corporations, and jurisdictions are of the first consensual level, remaining incompatible.
Yet this is not the human world anymore, as it is not the human meaning, but only a consensual enterprise, where humans become merchandise themselves, while fighting and exploiting themselves, in a disconnected manner. Because many times, people create entire wars to take what others have, in an organized crime, while other times, people use consensual schemes and trickery to determine others to hand them everything including themselves, which is the same organized crime.
With the human rights always present, to assure the continuous human freedom, meaning, and fulfillment in life and in this world, and with an entire world consensual, under oath, and serving vehemently a multitude of tyrants taking everything for themselves, so what exactly is going on?
This book helps you maintain control throughout life while protecting yourself, helping you understand your status, rights, privileges, and place in life and in this world, further helping you become more aware and more responsible. Otherwise, you end up with your entire human condition altered, and therefore with all human rights infringed.
What is wrong with having kings, rulers, masters, chiefs, patrons, and bosses? Aren’t these part of your culture, tradition, society, civilization, and therefore life? Aren’t you supposed to have and serve these for life, along with all your loved ones, otherwise you miss on your human existence, and now they even infringe your human rights? No. Your human rights are clear, since you have a choice, which means that you have the right to live freely and do as you please, which means that you have the right to fulfill all your needs. However, you have the right to fall into servitude and even slavery just as well, if you please. Today, slavery is forbidden by all laws of Earth, while it is accepted by higher laws, since all your choices as a living human being are accepted by the higher laws, through your human rights. Even more, through the laws of Earth, when you study them closely, even servitude is forbidden, it is illegal, and it is called exploitation. Which is good. But when you study this entire legal procedure closely, you see how you have to become a consensual corporation altogether, only to be able to work, earn money, use money, and conduct business. Since you may not do these as a living human being, because authorities do not allow you. And everybody becomes a consensual corporation today only to do these and everything else. Which is bad.
As a rule, every time you have to use your ID card or licenses to identify yourself, you are a consensual corporation, since your name written in uppercase letters stated on these is your consensual corporation. And this is how you infringe your human rights on your own, against yourself, and many times against this world, since you interfere in this manner with the fulfillment of your loved ones and of the rest of this world.
Why would anyone ever agree to become something else, which is not even there, as a brand, trademark, or consensual corporation? For any possible reason, but mostly because now they are bound by their own agreement to do so, and this is what they do. Because as you already notice, you are forced to become a consensual corporation, while waving your human rights by waving your entire human nature, because you cannot fulfill your human needs otherwise, you cannot subsist, and you die. Because all jurisdictions, corporations, and the entire legal bureaucracy have already taken over the human niche, and now you cannot fulfill your needs but through them, and this is what you do. This is how they have you, and this is how you have to become a consensual corporation and part of their jurisdiction, ideology, and corporation, with them having you and owning you, and this is how they have everything that you do.
And even more, by engaging in this entire legal process, you harm this world, since you allow this entire consensual, legal system take over the human niche, and now the others cannot reach the human niche to fulfill their needs, they cannot subsist, and they are forced to brand themselves as you are, to become consensual corporations in the same manner, waving, giving away, losing, or infringing their own human rights.
There are many types of agreements in this world, many defined by laws, and others verbally, by oath, or by simple understanding. And many may argue that it is better to have agreements and understanding in this world than arguments, fights, and entire wars. However, when you study agreements, oaths, laws, and understanding, they go against you many times, exactly as it happens today in the current human society, regardless if you are from the Masses or from the Brotherhood. And this is the case because all agreements end up going against your needs, the human needs. And many times, when you fail fulfilling your needs, you die, because you are a living human being, and the only manner to stay alive is by fulfilling your needs. And these are exactly your human rights to fulfill your human needs, otherwise, you were not born in this world as a human being. Furthermore, through your needs, you fulfill your loved ones, those around, the entire world, and therefore you fulfill Life herself, the one to have brought you here in this world, giving you by default your human rights to fulfill all your needs in this world.
And who or what exactly can take away your human rights, going against Life herself? Everyone and everything infringing them violently or not, taking away your goods and achievements. Or they may do so in a peaceful manner, by having you give them everything, through all agreements against you.
Which means that you are the one infringing your own human rights, along with your own human nature, meaning, and fulfillment. As you may see, it taking place everywhere in this world today and throughout history, since it is always the same, while this certainly alters the fulfillment of all needs. Everyone suffers consequently, and even die, through lack of subsistence, while already having the human rights assured.
Who exactly is to blame? Them, by determining you to infringe your own human rights, knowingly or not. And you, by waving you human rights yourself, throughout all these agreements. And this keeps this world disconnected, with you against them the entire time, or with them against you, since it is the same. While it is always your world, and you should live life in the entire world, alongside everybody in this world, because otherwise, you simply build up cages for you and for them, to separate you and to live life apart from the real, living world. And this is exactly the consensual, while currently it spans this entire world, and the entire wider world above, since everyone is in it, humans and higher beings alike.
As you notice, there is a definite answer here, because through your human rights, you always have the choice to do as you find necessary throughout life, even to choose unfavorable interactions with those around. Therefore, all unfavorable interactions are your decision, your choice, and they are always respected, even when you give up your own human rights.
Yet how are you supposed to subsist without agreements in a world made of eight billion people seeking the same thing as you do, the fulfillment of all needs and meanings? The entire human civilization is based on laws, rules, and agreements, many times very well recorded, with all the necessary stamps, registration numbers, and signatures provided. What exactly is wrong with these? And again, isn’t it better to live your life in agreement with those around and not in conflicts and loss? And this is the stereotype controlling you if you are from the Masses, because laws and bureaucracy do not necessarily mean harmony, equality, and fulfillment. Your own family is an example, because your own family is capable to subsist at home even without written laws and verbal oaths, but you care for each other in a natural, lovely, intelligent living manner. More importantly, you achieve your living, natural harmony and prosperity in your family by always making sure that every member of the family has all the needs fulfilled, just the way you fulfill your own needs. And this is harmony, it is the intelligent human interaction, and every time you achieve it, you feel love and fulfillment.
Only that, you cannot have families as large as entire societies, to take care of everyone, eight billion people. It is just impossible, and this is exactly why you have to have laws and agreements in this world, along with an entire bureaucracy to make everything clear, otherwise, you have chaos and the return of the dark ages in this world, which is dreadful.
But just stop and think. Because
