      We live in a time where authentic leadership is missing in most leaders these leaders having motives and those motives have nothing to do with the advancement of God’s kingdom. Nor the empowerment of his people. Being a leader in ministry has become no more than a money-making scam for people that seek attention and glory. They use the gospel of Christ as a tool of fear and intimidation to reach the higher ranks of Christianity in money, respect and honor.

      I write this book not out of a fear for no one will read it but as a tool of availability to those who want to be successful in leadership and lead according to the integrity of God. As we get closer to the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ it is imperative that many of us who call ourselves leaders begin a self-check.

      In this self-check we must allow ourselves to be true to ourselves as we think to ourselves with the mindset of these lines of thinking described below:

      1. Do we have a genuine relationship with Christ?

      2. Are our motives pure in the saving of souls?

      3. Are the people under our leadership serving Christ or serving us?

      4. Do the people under our leadership have the authority to lead themselves?

      Of course, these are just a few questions to ask ourselves but there are more areas we need to
