Give up your mind to the sound of my voice. Relax your body into space where you are lying down. Breathe into your lungs and all the way down into your abdomen. Release the breath slowly and steadily. Your work is gone for the moment. Your plans and agendas can drift away from you at this time. Feel the space around you. Take a few breaths in and out to connect to your body in this position.
Here in this space, you are safe to fully relax. You begin this meditation as you are. You have no need to change anything about the space, about yourself, about where you are right now in this moment. As you come into awareness about the space around you, the place you are lying down, the air in the room, the subtle and quiet sounds of the world outside, you begin to fall a little deeper into yourself as you begin to release and let go.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. Let the breath flow gently into your nostrils. Imagine you are breathing in the fresh air of spring, clear, clean and cool. As you
