A Slo Reunion
We said our good-byes at graduation
We were finally out on our own
College was just one destination
Some would leave and some would stay home
It really didn’t seem that important
Leaving friends and the sixties behind
No one was thinking reunion
We had our lives to define . . .
The first five years sure felt like forever
As we all went our own separate ways
Some were moving out of the country
Some throughout the whole USA
After ten years we stepped into the eighties
Where did the seventies go?
Some were busy raising their families
Others watched careers start to grow . . .
