      The Secret is a murder mystery solved by destiny, time, and the help of a little boy’s curiosity. The Secret will have you on the edge of your seat as you take your steps back in time with young William while he explores reality when it is turned back on itself.

      The Kingdom of the Ants is a fanciful tale that examines the significance of life because all life has purpose, and as fellow creatures of this earth, we must come to respect and value life for life’s sake.

      Chapter 1

      The Secret

      Peter and Marion Bateman drove to their new home with joyous, childlike expectation. William Jacob, their ten-year-old son, sat in the backseat, excitedly imagining what his new bedroom would be like. They pulled into their driveway like they were three kids at Christmas.
