About this ebook

Gentle. Tiny. Delicate. Everything I'm not. Everything I want. Everything I'm going to claim in hot, sweaty explicit detail.

She's ours. Mine and Mason's. She might not wear our marks, but she will… and soon.

No one takes what's ours. It's suicidal. But she's gone, snatched off the street and now the monsters inside won't rest until she's safely back with us. Whatever the cost.

We can't lose her. She's our light, our soul. And god have mercy on whoever took what's ours…

Because we won't.

Please be aware: This is a much darker and grittier world than my other series, so readers are advised to proceed with caution.

A Continuing Story: Please be aware this is a serialised romance in three parts.

Saving Their Omega - Mina Carter

CHAPTER ONE

NEVE

I’d always heard the rumors of alpha stamina, but I’d never really believed them. The tales said that alphas could go all day and all night, fucking for hours without flagging and leaving any woman in their bed utterly exhausted. They were said to be insatiable, especially when in rut, and that only an omega in heat could match them.

Which made sense, I guess. An alpha’s rut was the counterpart to an omega’s heat, so it made sense the two would be complementary and run the same amount of time and intensity.

I hadn’t experienced a rut. Thankfully. As a beta I’d never have survived it. Even having the utter and undivided attention of two highly sexed alphas had left me with weak knees and sore in some very pleasant places.

I sighed as I looked at myself in the mirror. I was a fucking mess. I’d managed to get the sheath dress back into place, but my underwear was toast so I was naked beneath it. Paper towels had taken care of most of the... evidence of our little assignation in the boardroom. My hair was a bird’s nest, though, my make-up smeared and worse, I could actually smell myself.

Not in a not showered in a couple of days, disgusting kind of way, but I could smell lilac mixed with earth and the ocean. All our scents combined. And if I, as a beta, could smell that... could smell what we’d been up to, I was damn sure the rest of the alpha staff could as well.

Not that I was ashamed of it. We were all consenting adults, and even though I was a beta no rule or law said I couldn’t have a relationship with two alphas. It was more an unwritten, societal thing. Dynamics kept to their own dynamics. Or rather betas kept to betas. Alphas did whatever the hell they wanted until their omega was assigned to them.

But I didn’t care about what people said. Mason and Dante were good to me, good for me. And while I’d never have imagined myself with two alphas younger than I was, I wasn’t complaining. It was too early for the L word, but I was more than half sure I was falling for both of them.

Grimacing to myself, I rooted around in my bag for my perfume and sprayed until the air around me was thick, cloying with the fog of sandalwood, jasmine, and rose. I ensured it was overpowering enough to drown out the lilac. Sighing to myself, I set about putting my appearance to rights in the mirror. The thick curls of my hair meant that any kind of style was a lost cause, so I made do with just making it look less like a bird’s nest and fixed up my make-up.

Just as I was finishing and looked a little bit more human, the sound of raised voices through the thick doors of the ladies’ restroom caught my attention. Stuffing everything back in my purse, I emerged onto the main floor.

What I found there was a scene out of a nightmare. Six large alphas dressed in black combats crowded around the door to the CEO’s office, stinking the air up with their thick, aggressive alpha scents. I hurried their way, my steps silent on the plush carpet, as concern threaded its way down my spine. The last time I’d seen a squad of Alpha Council officers like this was when they were throwing me out of my home. To say I was not a fan was the understatement of the century.

The crowd parted a little, allowing me to see the two tall figures at the center. My breath caught in my throat as ice replaced the concern threading down my spine. Mason and Dante were both in cuffs, being herded out by the Alpha Council officers. I cried out their names, hurrying forward.

What the hell are you doing? Leave them alone! I demanded as I threw myself in front of the alpha leading the squad, stopping him in his tracks.

He looked me up and down, his nostrils flaring, and then his lip curled back.

Out of the way, beta slut, he snarled and shoved me to the side.

Get your fucking hands off her! Mason gave a vicious snarl, breaking away from the two alphas that held him to body slam the lead alpha out of the way, away from me.

I staggered backward, right into a solid body. Large hands closed around my upper arms and I gasped as I looked up over my shoulder. Bane didn’t look down at me, but his grip tightened fractionally in a silent warning to stay in place as his deep chocolate and cinnamon scent surrounded me. It wasn’t as comforting as my alphas’ scents but infinitely better than the discordant cacophony rising from the Alpha Council squad—a mixture of bubblegum, petrol, burnt wood and other odors I couldn’t identify. They overwhelmed and made me feel sick to my stomach.

What’s going on? I whispered up to him, wanting nothing more than to run into my alphas’ arms. The slightest movement, though, and Bane’s hands tightened even more. Looking at the Alpha Council officers, I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere near them.

We—

These officers have arrest warrants for us, Dante cut in, his deep voice vibrating with alpha compulsion.

All the alphas in the group straightened up, tension in their shoulders. I hid my smirk. The alpha assholes had been out alpha’d and they knew it. The sour expression on the leader’s face said it all as he yanked on Mason’s cuffs, hauling him upright.

Apparently, we are charged with actual bodily harm of another alpha’s property. I bit back my whimper, pressing my thighs together as my body reacted automatically to his dominance. Nostrils flared but none of the alphas dared look at me, not with Bane glaring at them the way he was.

You said that before, Bane’s voice was just this side of a growl. As the Conrahans’ legal representative here, you are legally obliged to inform me and my clients about what property they are accused of damaging.

Oh, Bane was good. Very good. I saw the flash of anger in the lead officer’s eyes as the big alpha caught him out. Irritation in his movements, he reached into his inner pocket and withdrew what I assumed was the warrant for Mason’s and Dante’s arrests. He snapped it open with a huff.

Mason and Dante Conrahan are charged with the actual bodily harm of the property of Alpha Robert Sinclair. The property is listed as Robert Sinclair’s omega wife, Neve Sinclair.

Me? That’s bullshit! I exploded, hardly able to believe what I
