- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Page through this summary to grasp the book or use the summary to get back to the themes in your mind if you read the book a while ago. If I were to manage a global team soon, or certainly get in to doing business internationally any time soon and have not done so consciously in the past, read the book. Get it. There is another good Dutch writer in this space, and somehow even being a very small nation, the Dutch are mentioned throughout. You may bump into them all around the world as they are quite an international community but with very own specific way of doing business. My conclusion is to grasp this big picture, recognize the different dimensions (in business) and immerse yourself in the specific culture - recognizing the dimensions plotted here.
