When dealing with a situation that causes you to feel disgust, try to remember what happened six months ago. The event may be related to the voice problem you’re having, and releasing the emotions related to it may help you get better.
#9

The Emotion Code is about clearing away the baggage so that you can be who you really are inside. You are not your emotional baggage, but your trapped emotions can derail you, or cause you to travel on paths you’d rather not take.
#13
Trapped emotions can affect us physically. They are the result of past heartache, and they can become trapped in our bodies and never leave. They can cause us to feel heartache even after we’ve gone through the heartache itself.
#14
trapped emotions can also create physical pain, which can be relieved by releasing them. They can also create muscular imbalances that lead to joint malfunction and eventual joint degeneration and arthritis.
#15
Pain is the body’s way of telling you that there is a problem, and you need to pay attention. People who are suffering from physical pain almost always find relief when the trapped emotions underlying their pain are released.

When I was teaching a workshop in Las Vegas, I had an interesting experience. I asked for a volunteer, and a young woman in her early twenties came up out of the audience. I asked her if she had any major physical complaints that day, and she said no. I performed a muscle test on her, and she had a trapped emotion stemming from the first year of her life.
