16 BEAN SOUP
Ingredients
1 bundle 16 Bean Soup
3 leaves
1 tablespoon squashed oregano
2 jars no-fat chicken stock

3 stems celery cleaved
3 carrots diced

1 pound turkey Italian wiener cut
2 jars stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Ingredients

2 teaspoon. Allspice
1 teaspoon. Ground cloves
Preparation
• Join all fixings in a sluggish cooker/Crock Pot or simmering container.

Ingredients
4 lb. pork midsection broil
6 apples
1/4 cup squeezed apple
3 T.brown sugar
1 t. ginger, ground
Preparation
• Rub cook with salt and pepper.

Procedure
• Pour 1/2 cup water in Crock-Pot.
• Wrap pre-cooked 3 to 4-pound ham in foil, place in Crock-Pot.
• Cover and cook on High 60 minutes, then, at that point, Low 6 to 7 hours or until ham is hot.
• Whenever wanted, sprinkle ham with fluid smoke before enclosing it with foil.
• In the case of cooking bigger ham, cook 1 hour on high then, at that point, low 8 to 10 hours.
