They proclaims that life is worth living, teaches how it should be lived and the path to self-realisation. They are the cream of the Upanishads, which themselves are the core of the Four Vedas.

      Introduction

      Hanuman Gita the discourse given be,

      By Sri Ram and Sita to Hanuman really,

      After the defeat of Ravan convincingly,

      And their arrival back to Ayodhya finally.

      An auspicious date was decided happily,

      By royal priests for the coronation surely,

      Auditorium filled, guests from all over be,

      As Sugriv, Vibhishan, Angad, kings mighty.

      The Royal sages arrived and seated be,

      Then Lord Ram, Devi Sita entered finally,

      Resplendent in their silks and jewellary,

      At Sri Ram’s feet Hanuman seated be.

      Lord Ram looking at Hanuman lovingly,

      Turned to Sita and asked her specifically,

      To disclose to Hanuman the truth totally,

      Of their identity that’ll liberate humanity.

      Devi Sita to Hanuman

      On an exceptional special day holy,

      After return of Sri Sita, Ram happily,

      Filled with upright men was assembly,

      From different walks of life certainly,

      From far and wide across Bharati,

      All but awaited breathless, eagerly,

      To witness transformation actually,

      Of Prince Ram to King Ram finally,

      Filled was
