    It's only through knowing the risks and benefits of any drug that we can make concrete decisions about what is safe for our bodies. This book was written to help the reader make that determination.

      At the start of 2020, like almost everyone in the country, I listened with rapt attention to both Dr. Anthony Fauci as well as Dr. Deborah Birx as they gave updates to the COVID pandemic. We all anxiously waited for news of this illness, as we got the impression that it was impervious to all drugs in our resources.

      When the vaccines came out, we all thought that this would be the salvation for us all around the globe. It wasn’t until the spring of 2021, when I was listening to a governor of one of the states introducing a woman who was coordinating the health efforts for that state, that I realized that things may not be what we thought. She began by saying she was going to start updating the number of COVID deaths that were recorded in the state, but prefaced this with explaining that a COVID death was defined as someone that died who happened to have COVID at the time. If a person got hit by a car and died, and that person was found to have had COVID, it was a COVID death. If someone jumped out of a plane and the parachute didn’t open and they died, and that person was found to have had COVID, it was a COVID death. I realized that the real numbers of deaths were not what was being announced.

      By chance, on a chat that had nothing to do with health, a video was sent to me of a talk on COVID that was being conducted by Dr. Peter McCullough. His explanations of the disease, along with his repeated references to research papers, seemed to be the type of information I was looking for, but this still wasn’t enough, so I began looking up and reading, then studying those research papers for myself. There was a wealth of information that was not being publicly revealed, much of it showing information contrary to what the official government reports were showing. Upon reviewing the CDC web site, I started picking out the small print beneath their charts, and realized that the data that was presented to us was being skewed in favor of their position. Though some of the benefits of the vaccines were being verified, there was much in terms of adverse reactions, and potential dangers of the vaccine, that was being withheld.

      The following pages are the result of my review of the research papers. I’ve focused on the science and the research, explaining in an orderly manner what the disease is, how the vaccines work, the warning systems that we’ve set in place for drug injury, etc. My vocation is not in the medical field, but I’ve tried to relay the information from the papers which I’ve referenced as closely as possible. Admittedly, there may be some details which I’ve simplified and left out critical points which someone in the medical field would find important.

      My intention is to open the minds of the reader that there are valid viewpoints opposite to that of the doctors and scientists who espouse the position of the government. Suppression of ideas is not and should never be something that a free society should actively enforce. For over a year, we have been exposed to the government’s reasoning in support of its policies of vaccine mandates. With this book, you will be informed of why that reasoning is faulty.

      We’ve been accustomed to books that have hundreds of pages, but often contain only a few ideas that you leave with. I hope that after each chapter is completed, the reader finds himself saying I didn’t know that!, with the result being that those readers fill their copy of this book with highlighted passages. In a sense, this could have been a 400 page book. With all the fluff removed, it’s
