Jay Shetty is a multi-award-winning presenter, developer of viral content, motivational speaker, and author. Jay started his YouTube channel in 2016, intending to provide wisdom videos. Four years later, he has over four billion views on YouTube and more than 20 million followers worldwide. In addition, Jay was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30.
Jay's career was transformed when he met a monk while he was 18 years old. Jay began to redefine success for himself and desired to assist others. As a monk, he traveled across India and Europe for three years when he was 22 years old. Jay got up at 4 a.m. every day and went about his business, taking cold baths, meditating, and eating. He would meditate for 4-8 hours every day. Jay's day would be divided into personal improvement and service to others. He has now reintegrated into society. However, he wants to help others apply the
