      FOREWORD

      The 12th session of the annual 40-day Prayer, Fasting and Praise Crusade of Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI—our ministry) took place from the 12th October to the 20th November 2020, piloted from our ministry’s international headquarters in Koume, Cameroon.

      The prayer crusade ran from 7 pm to 5 am each night, divided into four slots and led by four different teams according to the following respective burdens:

      Thanksgiving and praise for the 3rd world convention and the take off in phase three and then, for the impact of the convention.

      Praying through the programme of phase 3, the Santa Cruz Prophecy, the Bertoua Message and the (re-)organisation of the Headquarters.

      Praying for faith and commitment to the goal of phase 3—on the part of all in our ministry; praying for miracles of transformation and multiplication—on God’s part; crying to God for personal transformation and the blessing of God on our work of the making of disciples.

      Exhaustive and comprehensive praying for protection, provision and direction for phase 3.

      In this compilation, we have laboured to restitute in its wholesomeness the daily proceedings from part 3 (the slot between 12 am to 2 am) led by brother Theodore Andoseh.

      For completeness, we have included the information newsletter of the event and a synopsis of the history of mass prayer and fasting crusades in our Ministry in the preamble, together with the numerous life-changing exhortations that spiced each night of the prayer crusade. The prophetic messages and the address to the graduating students from the School of Knowing and Serving God (SKSG) are presented at the end.

      A large crowd gathered each night in Koume. The live sound and images from Koume reached over 1 212 unique individuals every night (on average) in 176 nations across the six continents, provoking over 5 453 immediate positive reactions to the messages from the platforms where we have audience interaction.       Precious and Beloved Brethren,

      Praise the Lord!

      Praise the Lord our God!! For He has done great things for us! Great and wonderful things!

      Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name, make known among the nations what he has done, Sing ta him, sing praise to him: tell of all his wonderful acts. Glory in his holy name, let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice. (Psalm 105:1-3).

      The 3rd world convention of Christian Missionary Fellowship International was an event of God's doing. It gathered about 30,000 participants from 87 nations from all six continents for 15 days in Koumé—Bertoua. The Lord greatly deployed His might to bring and take back safely all the delegates from every nation and to feed adequately all the delegates during the two weeks of the event. We should thank the Lord for making this pivotal event possible before the global pandemic of covid-19 struck and the ensuing measures of containment which could have made any such event impossible. The Lord is great. He has led us and He is our guide. Glory be to His Name.

      Phase two of our goal has been completed. Phase 3 of the goal has begun since the 1st of January 2020. The believers in our work are about 3,100,000 in 113 countries, meeting in more than 13,000 localities and in more than 23,000 house churches! We must present to God one million house churches of between 50 - 100 members each, led by one million disciple-makers according to the Bertoua Prophecy received by brother Zach Fomum for all the believers in our community. This is our goal far Phase 3 which must be completed by December 2025! God has called us to obedience to the Santa Cruz Prophecy given to our community for revival in 2007 as a normalisation program for all the believers in cur house churches and also to obedience to the Bertoua Prophecy given in 2008 to form the normal program of growth for each house church and the basis for the making of disciples for our Lord Jesus Christ. Phase 3 has begun, please get to work, begin your Phase 3 immediately!

      Encouraging reports of those who have begun working hard in Phase 3 have cheered and are cheering many:

      the youth in Douala have set Douala on fire with the gospel, preaching to aver 600,000 people and about 1000 houses in four months, and the fire is spreading to Yaounde and the other parts of Cameroon under  evangelist Edogue and the youth leaders in Cameroon.

      The work in France led over 700 people to Christ by Zoom internet platform and has led the way for over twelve distinct ministries on that platform in our work from Canada, Great Britain, Cameroon, Nigeria, Gabon, Uganda etc... A new and distinct way of preaching to the lost has seen the day and is being effectively used.

      In Garoua, Còte d'Ivoire and other places, a revolution has begun, outreach to families, and family-churches begun to adapt to the confinement measures as testimony that the gospel of God and the victorious church of Christ cannot be confined. Over 1000 new house churches and family churches have begun in Abidjan and in Garoua and in other places.

      The family church movement is catching on. The Holy Spirit has taught His servants to grow, in spite of the global pandemic and the restrictive measures.

      The Lord is raining encouragements in abundance; the work in France has acquired a 4.5 hectares with 23 habitable units in Val de Saane as base for the work in France and auxiliary base for the ministry in Europe, surnamed Koumé - Europe! Another Koumé-Dallas in the USA is being negotiated for acquisition, a land and lake surface of over 200 hectares with some property, and a prospective Koumé-Canada of about 50 hectares with existing hosting capacity far over 100 people. Etc... God has faithfully provided funds for the allowances of workers and missionaries in spite of the world convention or the covid-I9 crunch.

      Prayer is being lifted up at Headquarters; after the prayer crusade of 123 nights and partial fast of 109 days by over 4000 people, there have been over 30 prayer sieges of between 24 hours - 100 hours by the World Conquest Prayer and Fasting Centre. Prayer and fasting are being lifted up to God from the Base, and from the nations for our work and for the critical conjuncture and crisis the world as a whole is going through. Etc. etc...

      Please bless God for keeping you and for enabling Phase 3 goal to be pursued in spite of many setbacks—the global pandemic; the death of heroes and bulwarks of the ministry such as Paul Bello of Garoua, Joseph Besong of Yaoundé and others.

      Join me and all the ministry in the fast from 12 October 2020 to 20 November 2020 as God enables you to thank the Lord for the hosting of the convention and for the effective take-off of Phase 3 in spite of the depressive circumstances in the nations. Pray for a focused and victorious spirit for all in our ministry, Also pray for courage and creative ways to win souls, make disciples and plant churches in homes, families and new localities. Pray as follows and as God leads you:

      That God will grant each member, leader and missionary of CMFI to lay hold on the goal of Phase 3 at a personal level and that each will believe the goal and work furiously to accomplish it.

      That God will enable all the leaders to return to the Santa Cruz prophecy and the Bertoua Prophecy as the program for becoming disciples of Jesus Christ and making disciples for Jesus Christ all over our work in Phase 3.

      That a great Revival from God will fall upon all in CMFI during Phase 3 as we obey God according to these prophecies i.e. The Santa Cruz prophecy and the Bertoua prophecy.

      That God will lead each leader, missionary or believer in EMFI in bold, innovative and creative ways to pursue the accomplishment of the goal of Phase 3.

      That God will restore multitudes of backsliders from our ministry and enable them to join us in the pursuit of the goal.

      That new profiles and distinct ministries will emerge in the work of Phase 3 as we labour to accomplish the goal.

      That children, youth and students will distinguish themselves as disciples and in the making of disciples to accomplish the goal of Phase 3.

      That tracts and books will explode in impact and be produced, published and distributed in abundance to facilitate the accomplishment of the goal of Phase 3.

      That our communication media, Radio, TV, internet and other means will be intelligently and adequately developed to meet the need of the hour and serve us in the rapid and massive winning of the lost, discipling of believers and starting of house churches to accomplish the goal.

      That God will grant to us both wisdom and the resources we need to accomplish the goal, The resources of men, leaders, money, properties, means, opportunities, possibilities for movement and displacements, ete. which we need to move ahead.

      That God will bless us with the funds and workforce we need to complete the unfinished buildings at the Base and develop the many auxiliary bases emerging in the work.

      That Christian Publishing House (CPH) Koumé will be built and the CPH-global network of publication and distribution put into place to accelerate the effective accomplishment of the goal.

      We have become a people!

      We have become one people!!

      We have become a people of God!!!

      We have become a people of purpose!!!!

      We have become a people of destiny!!!!!

      We have proved that counting on God, we can accomplish the goal God has commanded us to pursue.

      Let us count on Him!

      Let us move as One people!!

      Let us accomplish the goal!!!

      And let us bring glory and greatness to our Exalted LORD JESUS CHRIST.

      PROLOGUE

      The History of Prayer Crusades in The Ministry

      Since the departure into glory of our beloved brother Zach in 2009, the Lord blessed us with brother Theodore as leader to continue the accomplishment of the vision which the Lord gave us.

      And in a systematic and regular way, brother Theodore has led and mobilized the saints in the community to pray and to fast for God’s intervention in our midst. The prayer and fasting crusades have accompanied the great advancements in our ministry.

      So in chronological order, there was the second fasting and prayer crusade for the second Pentecost of CMFI which took place from the 13th of June to the 22nd of July 2009. We also had the third Pentecost of CMFI which was preceded by a fasting and prayer crusade between the 14th of October and the 22nd of November 2009.

      After that period, faced with the need to move the headquarters from Yaounde to Koume, Pastor Theodore Andoseh organised three prayer crusades.

      The one of February- March 2010

      The one of June-July 2010

      Finally, the one of October- November 2010

      The inauguration or the dedication of the headquarters took place from the 31st of December 2010 to the 1st of January 2011, a historic event following the prophetic words given by brother Zach.

      With the burden to propel the headquarters into normal functioning, once more, brother Theodore Andoseh launched a crusade that went on from the 1st of January to the 24th of April 2011 for the take off of the headquarters. The Crusade lasted for 114 days.

      The same year from the 2nd of November to the 11th of December, brother Theodore, from the headquarters, led the entire ministry to fast and to pray for the objectives and for the accomplishment of the goal of phase 2 of our ministry according to the blueprint which the LORD revealed to brother Zach.

      In 2012, brother Theodore pursued the battles of the ministry with the third prayer crusade from the 21st of May to the 29th of June 2012 and then the fourth from the 5th of November to the 14th of December 2012.

      In 2013, the soldiers of CMFI were invited to another spiritual battle from the 1st of November to the 10th of December 2013.

      In 2014, the sixth crusade was announced; brother Theodore invited the community to another battle from the 3rd of November to the 12th of December 2014 for revival and a return to the obedience of the Santa Cruz message for all in our ministry.

      In 2015, the 7th prayer and fasting crusade with the goal of bringing down the presence and power of God in our ministry in order to precipitate the accomplishment of our goal for phase 2 by the 31st of December 2017.

      It should be noted that many crusades made room for answers from heaven through prophecies. Many miracles of transformation and healing took place and many revelations were received during these periods of prayer and fasting.

      In 2016, the 8th determinant prayer and fasting crusade of 400 hours took place from the 2nd of November to the 11th of December 2016, The goal was to cry out to God for explosions in the number of churches, in our numbers and for extensions and expansions into new localities and nations for the accomplishment of the phase 2 goal of our ministry.

      At the end of this spiritual battle, the Lord answered us by telling us that He was propelling us into a great season of abundance and great prosperity.

      The year 2017, the year which we have come to know and refer to as the Isaac Year, was crowned with the 9th prayer and fasting crusade led from the headquarters from the 2nd of October to the 10th of November 2017. The goal was to begin to come out from the sin of ingratitude and to abound in thanksgiving to God for His goodness and His favours.

      In 2018, the 10th fasting and prayer crusade took place from the 15th of October to the 23rd of November 2018.

      10 years later, more than 100 buildings had been constructed at the headquarters. More than 100 sessions of the WUPF had been held with the birth of annex campuses. More than 100 prayer sieges held at the base, and new leaders and new departments had emerged.

      In 2019, in preparation for the World convention in Koume, brother Theodore led the community into the 11th prayer crusade from the 7th of October to the 15th of November 2019.

      The world convention was a success. The Lord accepted the goal of phase 2 and as a community, we were re-commissioned to accomplished the goal of phase 3. We were 2,811 536 members in 111 nations at that time.

      For phase 3, our goal is to have one million house churches of 50 to 100 members each, and being led by one million disciples makers who are obeying the Bertoua message in 150 nations.

      It was in this light that the 12th prayer and fasting crusade was launched at the headquarters. It went on for 120 days from the 31st of December 2019 to the 30th of April 2020.

      The Lord has brought our numbers to 3,500,000 members in 120 nations. Allelujah!

      God has been good to us! God has been good to us!! And God has been very good to us!!! Joshua and all Israel, Joshua and all Israel.

      Today, we can say that brother Theodore and all Israel (the CMFI community worldwide) as they start the 13th prayer and fasting crusade; are launching the 13th spiritual battle. The challenges are great. Like in Nineveh, all the saints are invited.

      From the 12th of October to the 20th of November 2020, join the battle so that the Lord may produce the spiritual nation He expects of us.

      Join in the battle so that God may raise the leaders who shall help us to accomplish the goal of phase 3.

      Join in the battle so that the Lord may accomplish His purposes in our generation.

      Join in the battle so that God may accomplish the promises He made to us through brother Zach.

      The Burden and Programme of the Prayer Crusade

      We have not been together for a long time, who is boiling over with joy? Who has a testimony? If you have a testimony and you have the gift of speaking briefly,

      Halleluiah!

      Those of you from Hyacinth to Clarisse, stand up and thank God for the hand of the Lord in the lives of his children. It is obvious that God is at work in the lives of this children: angels, healings, provisions, encouragements, the hand of the Lord is at work in the lives of His children.

      God is also at work in the ministry. The youth and the students, there was a camp that they said : ‘le camp d’enrôlement, je vis mon recrutement’, so, I told brother J.N. that I want to revamp CPH Yaoundé, I want all the oldies that are there to go and serve the Lord in other aspects of the church, because they have no burden, no vision and no commitment to literature. But I told them, that since it is brother Jacques who recruited them, we will give them all back to brother Jacques, but we shall not cut off their allowances, because we want the vision to go ahead, we don’t want to penalise people. So, I told brother Big Joe, give me fifteen youth and students who see literature as a ministry, and who want to serve God for life through the weapon of literature, and let them write the application, you screen them and let them prepare spiritually and then, come and give them to me. So, two weeks ago, he brought the first five who are ready. I had told him that I want graduates, so that they may understand what they are doing. One of them wrote his application and accompany it with a bribe of one hundred thousand to God to beg God for the privilege of serving him. So, a new calibre of workers is emerging.

      When somebody bribes God for the privilege of serving him, he has understood the glory of divine service; alleluia! Then last week, brother Aurelien got a good scholarship to go to England. But I blamed him for not working out for somebody to replace him. So, I told brother Ngandeu: find me a medical couple, either a young unmarried doctor, who shall marry a young unmarried doctor or a state registered nurse, so that we can send them as missionaries to Gabon, to Hope Clinic; Yesterday, he called me that the couple are ready. I am trying to say that many of the young people are sincere, the commitments that many are making, for some of them it is real. I know that there are adventurers, but for some of them, they are real. I have many applications; Johnny has 43 applications. What does the school consist of? School of library workers for the world conquest library: we want to get some students, they will be residential, they shall go to the library and study. We may give one of them to study all the works of Oswald Chambers, to read them and do summaries. They will go to the library and read, and then, the only other thing they will have to do is either to go to the kitchen and wash plates or clean the roads, it will be a lot of work for the mind and a lot of work for the hands. Some of them will do farming for three years, and they are to graduate from there.

      I read about such an experiment about the academics in Harvard. Some students were admitted at Harvard and they were told to go to the library, select their own theme and they were given three years to study without any teacher nor supervisor, and there were no exams. At the end of three years, he would come before a jury to tell them what he selected and defend it. One of them was James, he decided to study scientific anthropology, and he wrote about the Jews and the aborigines of Hawaii. When he finished defending, the jury met and awarded him a degree, a special degree, the degree said: you have the beginning of learning, because you have learned what you don’t know. That was his degree, but he is one of the world’s authority in anthropology and a world acclaimed author. I read his massive book on the Jewish people: Source. And that is just the beginning of learning.

      But I also want to train some people the way brother Zach trained me. Because when brother Zach accepted me as a worker, he left me in his office and gave me his library and told me nothing for three years. All he said was: read all the books which are here. But I had to read and present the summaries. We all should build people the way we were built, that is the making of disciples. So that one is a kind of SKSG (School of Knowing and serving God), but it is a special school. It is Paul Olaitan who calls is the School of Theodore Andoseh (SOTA). You come there, you have the library, but we shall guide you. If we want you to read about the puritans, we shall give you about a thousand books of the puritans. If we want you to read about the entire spirituality of the China Inland Mission under Hudson Taylor, we shall give you all the books of the China Inland Mission and you read, to come out as an authority. We will find you the eighteen volumes of the biography of Hudson Taylor. I started reading them and they did me a lot of good, and they helped me a lot.

      One of the lessons I learnt, Hudson Taylor says: 1884: the funds have dropped. 1885, the funds have dropped again. 1886, the funds have dropped again. Then he said: Heavenly Father, I thank you for this dry season, so that those without a call may be discouraged and leave, because those with a call cannot leave. When there is a lot of money, you cannot distinguish between mercenaries and vocationals, so sometimes God squeezes the provisions, so that those who don’t have a true call may go. Prosperity blinds to a true vocation.

      When there is abundant money, you cannot distinguish the mercenary from the vocational. In fact, if you came to Koumé around the 25, you will begin to know the mercenaries and the vocational. Some are waiting just for uncle Moses to announce that the allowances are ready and some are working. Who has understood? I wish somebody could read the body of works by the missionaries of the China Inland Mission, because we are not the first to start, it will lay a foundation of leadership for the emerging leaders. But I was amazed that there were 43 candidates. We cannot take them now because we don’t even have the dormitory. When I build my big house across them, I may recruit about a hundred of them to stay there, we shall have family devotion for ten hours.

      I would like two more people to thank the Lord.

      God is raising an entire generation of competent workers who are begging to serve the Lord.

      If you have already settled your own recruitment, your slavery to Jesus for ever and you have not had time to express it, come and thank the Lord.

      Thank the Lord for what you have settled with God, and the cup that comes with it that you will drink it right down without complaining.

      Halleluiah.

      If you gave your life to Jesus this year, come and thank the Lord. All those who gave their lives to Jesus this year, come and thank the Lord. You are the newest babies in the kingdom.

      Don’t be shy, come out and thank the Lord, it will help you to become bold.

      If you have known personal revival in your spiritual life, in one domain or another, run out and thank the Lord.

      Those who did not thank God, you are living in backsliding?

      Ten people should thank God for the beginning of the fast.

      THE BURDEN

      Who is wishing that he did not have to fast? Please don’t fast. If you really wish you did not have to fast, please don’t fast.

      The fasting is a step that the whole ministry takes in order to be at breast with God. So many things are happening in such a long time, and there are so many things that the enemy seems to be doing:

      very consequential workers that are dying,

      many older co-workers that are falling critically sick,

      a massive vision that God has given to us within a short time.

      We are not fasting because it is a routine.

      For those of you who are inside here and who put up your hands, please don’t fast. If it brings you joy, not to be part of the army, not to bring in the desperate efforts, with all the pressures that are on us, please, don’t fast.

      David had given Uriah a leave of absence, He had encouraged him to go home, to take a break. Did Uriah embrace that with joy? He said: all of Israel is at war, the other soldiers are out, how can I go home? He said to the king: as long as you are alive, I cannot do it.

      When I thanked the Lord this morning, I was very tired, and I entered this fast with great fatigue. But to tell you the truth, it's because I think it is unavoidable. The making of disciples frightens me. We have had the miracles of the resurrection of the dead; miracles of all kinds, but we need the miracle of transformation that the making of disciples requires. For one to become the disciples of Jesus Christ, it takes the miracle of transformation. In any case, I have been in the Lord for forty years, and it is rare to see people changing thoroughly. Even after several years, people do not change. Miracles of transformation are rare. People with a selfish mind, you can explain everything, but after that, they will always act with selfish tendencies. The one who is lazy, he will repent for this moment, but you will notice that when the opportunity arises, he will always run away from work. Whoever has decided to accuse others, he will repent but as soon as there is an opportunity, he will do everything to accuse others, he is the barometer of the spirituality of all others. Everyone must please him to prove that he is a Christian. I rarely see people change. Sloths rarely change. People who are looking for their own greatness seem not to change. With many sermons, messages, rebukes, we mask this, but the search for what bears his own name does not change.

      Who found someone who complained who was really converted and the person no longer complains? There are some people that even when they have decided not to complain anymore, even their silence is a complaint. Even when the mouth doesn't say anything, you yourself know that the person is complaining.

      I am entering this fast because if we are going to become disciples, we must have miracles of transformation. If we are going to make disciples, God must give us miracles of multiplication.

      My personal burden during this fast is a cry to God for miracles of transformation.

      Being disciples of Jesus Christ will require miracles of transformation.

      To make disciples for the Lord Jesus Christ, one will need the spectacular miracles of the God of multiplication.

      So, for me, it is not a fast like what we did in June, it's not another just fast. In any case, I am the leader, aren't I? There is no one behind me with a stick, is there? Maybe I have a stick behind you, but there is no one behind me with a stick except the vision. It is our vision that is behind me with the stick. But if you know people a bit like I know people, only divine power can transform them. Hidden ambitions: have you seen people give up their ambitions?

      Who has ever seen someone who loved money and truly, truly, truly, he doesn't love money anymore?

      I would even really like to ask: who here has been delivered from the love of money? That is to say, you really liked money and now, not that you have suppressed it, not that you have tamed it but you are transformed, you no longer like money, money no longer tells you anything.

      Who has found someone lukewarm who has changed and become consistently zealous?

      Who understands why I, at my level, am entering this fast: If in five years, we must produce almost a hundred million people who must be disciples of Jesus Christ, we will need great miracles of transformation.

      I once asked a brother that if your work for God was like a civil servant's job, and you were to be paid seven million a month, are you going to do your job for God as you do now? He told me abomination, with such a sum, he will be in the office two hours before time, he will leave the office even three hours after the time and during working hours, he will not talk with people. So, money can increase his performance! So when you see the people in HQ, the love for God has not produce a great performance. If we were to give them a substantial salary, they would do better and we would believe that we have servants of God, meanwhile we have people who don't know God.

      Isn't it obvious that we don't have servants of God?

      I enter this fast with a cry from the heart: we have seen miracles of resurrection, I want God to begin to show us miracles of transformation: a Cephas who becomes a Peter, a Boanerges who becomes the apostle of love, the one who invokes curses who becomes the one who says that we must love our brothers. The apostles who seek greatness who become servants, who support someone who has failed so that he may be their representative to speak for them. I see very few miracles of transformation. Among the old believers, there is very little that if you have not met a believer for two years and you meet him after two, years, you will see that he has changed, it is very rare, you will see that they are the same. After ten years, most people are the same. After five years, most people have remained the same.

      In the last three years, how have you changed? Not the things for which we come to thank the Lord—Bible reading, prayer, etc. In your person, how have you changed?

      So without anger, please, if you wish you didn't have to fast, please don't fast. There is something that costs some of us, to get out of the intense program, to get out of the weaknesses in our body and to want to fast.

      The purpose of becoming disciples of Jesus Christ who make disciples for the Lord Jesus Christ frightens me. As I said, I know very few people who have changed, miracles of transformation are rare. People have remained themselves, equal to themselves: talkers may have a two-week leave but they always come back to being talkative. But we need real miracles of transformation. I want to see
