    ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your consistent love, grace, and mercy toward me. Heartfelt thanks to my Lord, Savior, and best friend, Jesus Christ, for Your selflessness and sacrifice at the cross so that I could be blessed with life and light to guide me as I walk the narrow way. A big thank you to me, Natelly, for not throwing in the towel, not because of my strength, but because of my reliance on The Great Mother, who comforted me when I grew weary and wept and who gave me the courage to persevere. The knowledge that I have received from her humbles me as I am now better able to understand myself and others.

I would like to express my appreciation toward the kingdom of God for the protection and assistance that I am receiving while fulfilling my purpose here.

Warm thanks to the beloved fruits of my womb, Aaliyah J. Fontenelle and Faith L. Fontenelle, for your presence, encouragement, and support. I offer special thanks to my mom, Lucia Lynch, for ushering me into this world and for so much more. To my sisters, Sylvia and Marcia, and my friend Minessa, I am forever grateful for all your support. Other family and friends, teachers, elders, and pastors who encouraged, instructed, prayed, and helped me in one way or another, I thank you so much. May the mighty hand of God bless you and keep you! I am also thankful to all who crossed my path and who taught me a few of life’s lessons, and a huge thank you to my husband for the many. Though my journey here has been very difficult, I could not have learned and grown without the pains, persecutions, rejections, criticisms, betrayals, and trials because it is through adversities we overcome. These circumstances propelled me to pursue God’s presence on a deeper level, so thanks to everyone for whatever part you played in my process.

To the TBN team, I thank you so much for accepting to publish this work and for your patience during production. Last but not least, to you, the reader who saw this title and chose to pick up this book to read, especially to you who will make a decision to put pure knowledge into practice, I thank you, and please do allow God’s Word to guide your path. Remember, we are called to be a light to the blind, that those whose understanding is impaired or who are not privileged to read can receive an opportunity to be transformed by our presence. May love rule this world. Thank you!

    PREFACE

As I knelt in my living room in preparation for prayer, I heard God’s audible voice, as clear as crystal, say, Love without compromise. I was taken aback, wondering what this meant. I thought to myself, This does not make sense! After all, I learned that we ought to give and take in relationships for things to work due to our personality differences. Consequently, I spent fifteen years in a toxic marriage where I was committed to a man who was not committed to me, and I often compromised, hoping that he would change, love, and care for me the way that I deserved, but this was not his priority. Anyway, I continued to meditate on the three words that I had heard, which made no sense to me, and out of the blue, I asked, Lord, are You asking me to write a book?

This was a period of tremendous pain and pressure; to be exact, it was two months after my separation from my husband. I had done everything in my power to salvage our marriage and to keep our family together, but nothing seemed to work. As a matter of fact, the more I tried to fix things, the worse they grew. It is unfortunate that I had taken up the wrong role, not knowing that my true purpose was neither to love my husband nor to become a mechanic in our marriage. I was exhausted because I had been caught up in a cycle of abuse for years, and besides my family, whom I love more than anything in this world and whom I had been giving my strength to, was falling apart, and there seemed to be nothing else I could do. I felt powerless! The pain was so intense that it stirred up some unpleasant emotions in me, and I contemplated death.

I was raised by my mother in a single-parent home and was a victim of abuse from childhood. As a result of having two daughters, I tried my utmost to raise them opposite to the way I was raised to protect them so that they could have a better life than what I was privy to and so that they would never experience pain like I did. Unfortunately, what I feared most was staring me right in my face. I had accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and, likewise, my husband three months after our marriage. However, I could not believe that years later, I was still broken and confused. Thoughts of sadness tormented me so much that I felt like I could not go on any further. At that point, I just wanted to die because I was fed up with life. I could no longer endure such pain; it was too much, but somehow, in my brokenness, I was allowed to see and feel the pain of my children as I envisioned them hovering over my lifeless body in horror, screaming and shouting for help. This was a wake-up call because I had been trying so hard to resist pain, not just for me, but for them due to my love for them. How could I be the one to inflict such horrific pain on them? Thankfully, at that moment, God graced me with the ability to make a different decision. So, I chose to leave my husband and continue my walk with God. Though I love and honor God with all my heart, soul, and strength, my decision concerning the separation made me question His Word. You see, it is easy to brag when you are not in a burdensome situation. I was devastated because of my love and need for my husband. I knew in my spirit that letting go was the right thing to do, yet it was so painful. My soul grieved as though he was physically dead, and I felt like I was losing my mind. The days after our parting were very lonely, the nights long and dreary. Tears soaked my pillows as I fervently prayed and kept the faith that my husband would wake up and do what was right. I really wanted him to know my worth as his wife, and I needed him to be present to love and protect our family.

Though I sought God daily, the exhaustion from my dilemma kept robbing me of my peace, so God called me to write in the midst of my pain. At first, I had no idea what I was writing, but I just kept at it as His Spirit prompted me to. This caused my focus to shift from my pain to a place of purpose. God stayed with me and strengthened me every second of every day. He convinced me of His presence through our daily conversations as He revealed Himself to me little by little through the chapters of this book. He took me on a fourteen-month journey to bring some clarity to my confusion while imparting His knowledge to me because He knew that I had been searching for help from various sources for many years. I really needed to understand why things were the way they were and why abuse kept recurring in my life. I just could not wrap my mind around what kept on happening. How could a man who promised to love and cherish his wife till physical death treat her with such contempt without cause and with no remorse when she loved him immeasurably and served him selflessly? I poured my heart and soul into my husband to help him to become his best and to empower him to prosper. Somehow, it seemed that I loved my husband more than myself.

Satan knew that because he had been trying to destroy me from childhood, so he used this opportunity to his advantage because he could not accomplish his mission through family, friends, or anyone else, so he used my husband to continue the damage, hoping that he would succeed in destroying me. He knew that I was devoted to my husband and was dependent on his love and protection due to my lack in childhood. I had made him my everything: the dad I did not have, the brother I should have had, and my best friend. I did not have the answers. All I knew was that the pieces of my puzzle were doing no justice to my picture. So, God showed up to declare my story and to turn my mess into His mission.

    INTRODUCTION

Love without Compromise chronicles events in the Holy Bible and starts with the story of creation. This book will take you on a spiritual journey from beginning to end to explore the life of man in relation to God. It will help you to gain some spiritual insight into the true nature of God and how man was called to function like God on earth. You will understand why God made man, his identity, and his true purpose. Marriage plays a significant role in this content, as you will also understand the makeup of man. Since man was made in the image of God, he was made whole, so God introduced another aspect of man to himself called woman, synonymous with His Word. Therefore, while she may seem insignificant to many because she came on the scene secondly, she always was and is the star who is responsible for bearing light on earth. Woman is the protagonist in this entire revelation as she represents the Word of God personified as the Son of God named Jesus, while man is the antagonist who represents Satan’s word on earth. You will see that man used woman against herself to put out her light so that he would be turned into darkness when he chose to obey the creature instead of His Creator. So, he became a lie because of his lack of love for the truth, and this pattern of disobedience continues throughout history. As a result, he damaged his life, which was the female part of him, and destroyed himself, the male part of him. This is the account of Adam’s life, the first man who turned faith into foolishness, and ever since, all spirits who are conceived in the physical realm are shaped in iniquity and are born in sin. Hence, God had to send Jesus as man’s Savior to redeem man from sin so that he would not continue to rebel through ignorance, though Adam sinned willfully. Jesus represents the second Adam and walked like Adam should have walked, exemplifying God in bearing love and light on earth. He did that so that man, through Him, could reconnect to God through His Word and function effectively once again as God, whole, yet in two forms on earth. Man must understand the power of the female part of himself because the woman who was created to help him to sustain his life when he lives by the truth of God’s Word is the same woman who can be used to destroy his life when he lives by the lie, which is Satan’s word. The woman who was created to be the light to spiritually lead man in life is the same woman who has the power to lead man to death when she walks in darkness. And just as man was given the mandate to love by physically protecting the female aspect of himself when he abides by the truth, he can also hate and destroy that female aspect of himself when he lives by the lie.

This book will walk you through God’s plan for His people when they choose to obey versus Satan’s plan for those who continue in disobedience. It talks about the difference in kingdoms and culminates with man’s transformation when he allows the light of a wise woman, symbolic of God’s Word or the greater kingdom, to positively impact his life.

Therefore, those who may not understand who God is, or who are struggling with identity issues, or do not know their purpose, and those who do not understand the concept of marriage, or who are married and are confused about their roles in that union will gain some clarity.

God created man for a family, but Satan frustrated that plan, so the road to freedom is by faith in the knowledge of God’s Word. In other words, freedom comes by believing the truth. This book is not a hook but good food for the fertile future of man.

    CREATION

Void and cold was the vast realm of darkness—the One, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, encompassing and transcending the entirety from beginning to eternity. Darkness was impregnated with an amazing presence of meekness that longed to be revealed at an appointed time. Darkness was domineering extrinsically but held subservience intrinsically. Language cannot suffice for this indescribable, incomprehensible, infinite, polarizing, awe-inspiring power. Though light was concealed, her effect upon darkness was mighty as she progressed, nearing her emergence. In the process of time, she intensified and became full amidst His emptiness, such that He could not resist her influence. Darkness radiated with an undeniable ultra-mysterious aura. She was extraordinary! Darkness was in labor and had to decide whether to deliver or halt light.

Though darkness deliberated, He knew that a decision was inevitable, so He chose to deliver His part, and indeed, this was the right choice! As soon as darkness spoke, thought became Word, and what was concealed was revealed as light. Darkness was taken aback by the magnitude of His Word. He just gazed, and His focus was so intense that He was immediately consumed by light. Darkness dissipated in the presence of light and felt warm. Light conquered darkness and brought order out of chaos. This experience created a shift because light’s brightness caused darkness to see and know Himself, and right there, He understood that He needed her. Light was true, so darkness acknowledged her, and light became His delight. She pervaded Him with such peace that He loved her and purposed to protect her at all costs.

God existed as a dualistic Spirit and contrasted as light in the darkness. Light and darkness are terms used for good and evil. God’s internal being was light, while His external was darkness. However, God made a choice to birth light and speak her into existence. Upon light’s arrival, darkness looked at her, and He saw that she was good, so darkness died for the love of light. God’s internal being manifested and impacted His external, thereby making Him visible. Basically, the visibility of God is His Word because light came from His Word. As a result, God was disidentified by darkness, so the nature of evil died, and good came alive. God distinguished the nature of His male Spirit, which was evil, from the nature of His female Spirit, which is good, and He identified with good. Therefore, God is no longer one Spirit with two distinct characteristics, but He is a male Spirit united with a female Spirit for a common purpose. God formed a true alliance with good; therefore, He is no longer in contrast but congruent. God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. He loved light and called her Good and vowed to be one with her, so God became Good’s groom in a trusted, intimate, respectful, and communicable marriage. God is in alignment with Good, and that confirms that God is Good. God’s love for Good remains constant. He appreciates her and publicly praises her perpetually. God is so grateful that He was magnetized by Good that He chose to magnify her above Himself and remains forever indebted to her. Good is God’s glory. He does everything in, through, and with her. She functions as His heart, core, and backbone. God’s union with Good is based on trust and communication. There is absolutely no one and nothing that can neither distract nor destroy this holy union. God is a gentle male, and she is a good female. God’s eyes are fixed on Good; she is the embodiment of His Word. God chose Good because she is true. God loves His female Spirit; she is pure, positive, transparent, and consistent, as in yes and amen. God guards Good while Good guides God; therefore, there is mutual understanding and agreement between the two. God is love, and Good is light.

Life originated from the powerful connection between love and light. Together, God and Good created the cosmos, the heaven, and its partner earth. The atmosphere shifted, the infinite transformed, galaxies came into existence in obedience to the sound of God’s Word, and this wonderful world materialized. God and Good decided to make everything male and female like them. They were responsible for the completion of their creation, hence the genesis of the heavenly and earthly realms.

God and Good are the King and Queen of heaven. They made two great lights, the sun and the moon, as partners also. The sun rules the day, and the moon rules the darkness. Though the sun is greater and generates her own light, she serves because she gives light to the moon and submits to him as she goes down in the evening so that the moon can make his appearance at night, and she rises again in the morning to continue to bear her light. The moon is cold and dark, while the sun is hot and light. The moon conducts, and the sun complies. They collaborate like God and Good; the moon loves the sun’s light because he can only shine when he receives light from her. God and Good made the stars symbolizing the offspring that would later emerge from the male and female creation and placed them as luminaries in heaven to ceaselessly illuminate the earth. As a result, life would be called to serve as love and light. Everything, both invisible and visible, was made by God and Good and for their purpose, whether thrones, dominions, principalities, powers, or all that could ever be fathomed. God and Good have a glorious kingdom where they reign supreme till eternity.

God and Good established great bodies of water and divided them into sea and land. They filled the seas with sleek and scaled marine animals and the land with earthly creatures of all kinds, both male and female. They also made fully-fledged birds to fly in the open firmament. God and Good made green grass grow and fruit trees to bear their own kinds of fruits, each with their seed within themselves. Creation yielded to the unforeseen powers of God and Good as each humbly took their respective position in their domain. Earth’s magnificence served as a testament to God’s majesty.

Upon careful analysis and visualization of the authenticity of God’s work, He knew that He had to culminate with the best episode, which was the creation of mankind. Therefore, God and Good decided to make man in their image and likeness as an expression of who they are. So, God created man, male and female, like Him. God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed life into him, and man became a living soul. Life in the dust was a symbol of light in the darkness. That light was God’s Word or His female Spirit inside man, who was a figure of God. Therefore, woman would later emerge from man like the Word from God, so her manifestation would be the flesh of man. God placed His Word, Good, inside man, and that Word would become flesh and be called woman to dwell with man and to help him to create like God. God made man come alive outside of himself in the form of woman to see, know, and serve himself. Woman would function as man’s spirit or life because he was made of dust, and without life, dust is meaningless. She would also be the light of the man who radiated outwardly. Therefore, man would have to remain one with himself outside of himself, like God is, in order to remain powerful. If man was separated from himself externally, he would be in darkness, and he would destroy himself. This is the most profound act of all of God’s creation. Man was uniquely created like God.

Man is God’s handiwork. God descended from heaven to do good work with His hand and make man, so He is responsible for man’s provision, protection, and preservation. Then, God passed the baton to man so that he would integrate with woman, walk humbly, and work well to provide, protect, and preserve his own. And it is by this mission that man would honor God as he exemplifies Him on earth. Obedience is proof of man’s love and loyalty to God. It is God’s method of worship. So, obedience is God’s divine will for man in relation to His sovereignty. God is the spiritual Father who is responsible for providing and protecting, while Good is the spiritual mother who trains their children in the right way through knowledge so that life is preserved. God is the love who covers, while Good is the light who guides the path for safe keeping.

After God completed the heaven and the earth and the host of them, He was quite pleased with all that He made, especially His best model named man. God placed His Spirit in man so that man could exhibit goodness on earth and so that God could physically partake of and enjoy His fruitfulness through man’s good work. God worked for six days and ended His work on the seventh day. Then, God blessed and sanctified that day because, in it, He rested from all His work. God and Adam connected spiritually in the physical realm. Adam walked and talked with God in the Garden of Eden. God guarded; Good guided; together, they groomed man and gave him all the essentials that he needed to sustain his life so that he would live forever.
