Smoky Maple Glazed BBQ Chicken Skewers Ingredients:
● 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
● Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
● 1/2 cup maple syrup
● 1/4 cup soy sauce
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
● 1 teaspoon ground cumin
● 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
● Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
