In this story we are going to meet a dog and a cat who are the best of friends. Fern and Crunch have been together since they were little and when their owners find out they need to move for work they try to find a home for the two of them. A friend offers to help take care of them until they can find a new home but it is hard to find a home for a dog the size of Fern.
