The books of the moment for today’s episode are the Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy by Laini Taylor. Just a forewarning for those of you listening, this is NOT a spoiler-free zone. We will be discussing these books in all of their glory, which of course includes revealing the ending.

Laini Taylor is an American young adult fantasy author and a finalist for the National Book Award in Young People's Literature, best known for the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series, Strange the Dreamer, and Muse of Nightmares. She always wanted to be a writer, and was 35 before she finished her first novel.
