David is Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Carnegie Mellon University and Chief of Science at Equa Health. His research ranges from basic neuroscience to large community based clinical trials of stress management programs and techniques while his Health and Human Performance Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University leads on the science of mindfulness meditation training. David is also the Chief of Science at Equa Health, where he has used his research to build an interactive and personalised digital mindfulness training app (www.equahealth.io).
