'I was not in the unit I thought I originally booked, based on the pictures. Overall the unit was nice. The toilet and bathroom light were not working. I called and was told maintenance would come the following morning and no one came to fix the either issues. Decent property overall. The coffee was really good!'

'Location is very convenient to the French Quarter and Canal street. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again.'

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off.
