"Set in the very centre of Bath, this hotel is ideally situated. It was a very late booking for me and I was initially drawn in by the available parking, but because I didn't receive the welcome email as I was already on my way, I missed pre-booking and never discovered what this was, having to park in a nearby underground park for the two days I stayed (£36). The hotel accessibility is very easy if you're NOT driving, but difficult if you want to unload outside (Road works when I was there)...

"Room ok good blackout curtains and quiet (we were in the annexe). Bed linen was pristine as were towels but the pillows were lumpy and hard. Bad smell from drain in washbasin but we were only staying for one night so just reported it when checking out. Overall it was fine"

"The hotel itself could probably do with a bit of refurbishment. Stayed in a harbour view room on top floor and the fabric headboard was quite grubby. The coffee machine was on the floor in the wardrobe so you had to lift it out and set it on the side to use it. The kettle was in the wardrobe and the socket was in there but had to unwind the lead from the base of the kettle to be able to plgtit in and there was no light in the wardrobe so had to have the main room lights on to be able to see what...

"Fantastic hotel in great location right on the lake next to cruises, aquarium and free parking for guests. Great check in with personal show round of hotel and where room located. Room was nice and clean with lots of tea/coffee/biscuits..Excellent food in restaurant and the swimming area had everything (large pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) and was very clean and well maintained. "We stayed for one night in the lodge & it was beyond outstanding! There was only 4 of us but it can be booked for upto 6 people. It was immaculate and well kitted out with really nice furnishings that had a luxurious feel. It was the comfiest & best nights sleep I’ve had during any stay anywhere.
