"We liked the cottage and the tasteful renovations which preserved its historic nature. Loved the location's privacy and nature surrounding us. It was very warm over our stay and the AC units upstairs and down gave us more comfort. The linens were lovely, even if the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. There were no chairs on the deck and we wanted to sit outside often, so we bought inexpensive chairs and left them there. Our biggest complaint was with Vacasa's oversight. "We loved our stay at the chalet. It's perfectly situated in the cutest little neighborhood, while also feeling very secluded. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. While visiting we walked a few of the trails nearby, part of the Valley Trail and the Hoot, Toot and Whistle. They were both perfect for our pups, especially during hunting season. We gave our pups an extra squeeze in honor of Scarlet. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We would love to stay again!!"

"There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...

"My husband and i rented this property to move our daughter into college and stay the weekend in Burlington. It’s perfect for 2 people, one night on the couch was comfy enough for her 1 night with us. The apartment is quaint and quiet. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood which was perfect for walking everywhere from downtown to the breweries near by. Once move in was complete we parked and never used our car again. Great rental!
