Wasn’t aware of the construction on the property until after we paid for the hotel. It should’ve been mentioned prior. No indoor dining, not even any room slippers which most places I’ve been to have them available.

I love the rooms at this property. It was like a whole apartment. I did not like that the older Asian lady who checked us in was giving us a hard time stating that checkout was 10am which I’ve never heard any hotel do. She refused to let us pay extra to move the checkout time to 12pm or courtesy extend the checkout time and was saying we would have to book another stay for a day on Expedia. That was very inconvenient and would make me not want to stay again just off of that inconvenience. The younger staff on the other hand were very helpful and understanding so I would consider staying again. There was also no parking unless you pay valet which fills up quickly. We had to go planet Hollywood to pay for parking everyday but it seems like all the hotels are now charging for parking everyday.

Great place to stay! Some of the rooms are renovated compared to others. Only down side was the amount of times the text and call to talk to you. I was getting contacted up to 4 times in a day.

I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to Vegas - Staff were friendly and helpful but the constant phone calls and texts from reception checking in on us and asking to do their “Welcome Package” started to get annoying also at very strange hours. - The pool was very shallow but nice to sit at and lovely views from the rooftop - Was a perfect location for feeling like being on the strip without BEING on the strip - The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable, which is very enjoyable after 3 weeks of travel. Beds felt super clean. - The views from our balcony towards MGM and New York New York were stunning! - Even though the room was dated you can tell they slowly renovating. The rooms were very spacious and exactly what we needed! Negative - not a biggie but the dishwasher was broken - House keeping only came once during our 8 day stay. They did top up our towels but the rubbish did start to build up. After reading through many mixed reviews for this place, a lot being negative, I was very apprehensive coming here and almost changed my booking before coming. But I’m very glad that I didn’t and we had the most amazing stay. What you are getting for the price you pay is absolutely worth it!

This is a timeshare resort. The Concierge’s desk called my room 5 times in 2 hours. I was called starting at 9am to “take advantage of my free offers” it felt like being spam called your entire vacation! I’ll never stay at this place again. The sevice was terrible

Nice rooms. Unfortunately the air unit broke down during my stay which required me to move out at about 1:30 am into another room. No help to move out offered. They also charged for valet parking. I wanted to self park which the hotel claimed to have but was told it wasn’t available even though there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

VERY pushy on trying to get you to sign up for their vacation properties. Also, misleading guests to “go pick up your welcome package” and it being just a long sales pitch without actually giving you anything is pretty underhanded. The room was nice and had a great view of the strip, but it is a bit difficult to get the building from the strip. Plan on walking. If not for the initial check in issues with the sales people, I would rate higher, but that isn’t a great way to start your stay when you are tired and just want to get some rest.

Fairly central on the Las Vegas Strip. Easy to Uber to and from everywhere. Our suite was roomy and very clean. All staff were super helpful and friendly.
