"Beautiful area with georgeous building Staffs had difficulty with communicating in English. When I checked-in, there was no staffs speaking basic English. I used google translator for basic communication. Later, young English speaking receptionist stepped in to process of check in, but she was unpleasant and easily frustrated which was unprofessional. No sign to indicate where to park. When I arrived by the car in the afternoon at 5 pm. The front gate was closed. Another guest from Germany told...

"We had a beautiful Senior Suite, very spacious. Breakfast was included and delicious. The grounds are stunning - very romantic lush landscaping and a vanishing edge pool with amazing views far away. Staff (Raphaela) was super kind and accomodating any needs. On-site parking is a breeze. They transport your luggage to the room with a golf cart. What else can I add. "

"Wonderful spot just outside Pienza. Great food and coffee, great pool and awesome views across to Pienza but best of all all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a very well run place and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks for a lovely, relaxed and friendly stay. BTW objects in the images are larger than they appear!"

"Like that it was located fairly close to Siena in the countryside. Like that was quiet. Didn't like that safety and maintenance was an issue. The rail on the walkway from the parking lot was loose and needed repair. Didn't like the creaky doors that needed oil. All the cabinet knobs were like keys that frequently fell out. Clothes hanger wired to bar and difficult to use."
