Given Orlando’s status as one of the world’s most popular vacation destinations—the city welcomed over 74 million visitors in 2023—the local hotel scene is, as you could imagine, highly competitive. Though there’s over 480 accommodations to choose from, one resort continally enchants the most discerning travelers, including one very enthusiastic infant from TikTok.

Four Seasons Resort Orlando At Walt Disney World Resort made a splash when it opened ten years ago by introducing a luxurious experience free of the camp associated with many Walt Disney World Resort Hotels; heavy on elevated grown-up charms; and appealing to a wide range of travelers, from families with young children to solo females.

Today, the iconic resort stretched over 26 lush acres with 443 guest rooms and suites feels as fresh and inviting as ever. Unlike its competition, Four Seasons Resort Orlando has steadily rolled out smart new updates while maintaining what loyal guests have appreciated since day one.

As for what’s new? An ever-evolving oasis, the tranquil 13,000-square-foot spa recently added CBD massage enhancements using Anatara Organics’ CBD Relief Balm—with warming notes of cinnamon and ginger, it smells as good as it feels—and the firming Collagen Contour Facial featuring science-backed German skincare brand QMS Medicosmetics to its permanent lineup. Seasonal offerings include the Bourbon Bliss Pedicure and visiting wellness practitioners including energy healer Jeannette von Johnsbach (October 16-20).

On the food and beverage front: the resort’s posh rooftop steakhouse and lounge Capa—whose terrace is a prime perch for viewing the nightly Disney World fireworks—was awarded one Michelin star for the third consecutive year. Meanwhile, Ravello is the first U.S. restaurant to earn the distinction of 100% Italian Taste Certification at the Platinum Level for its exclusive use of high-quality Italian flour, meat, oil, and sauces. Opening soon is the highly-anticipated speakeasy Epilogue, where sippable works of art spotlighting Florida citrus will be paired with elevated nibbles in a plush, handsome setting.

Though summer’s end is right around the corner, Four Seasons Resort Orlando will keep your spirits up for the rest of the year. During Magic Kingdom’s Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party—which is being held through the end of October—guests can book salon Halloween-inspired makeovers, discover sweets during a candy scavenger hunt, and enjoy costume parades. Come December, the Palm ballroom will be transformed into a full-sized roller skating rink complete with a glittering disco ball, live DJs, and nostalgic treats such as cotton candy and slushes.

What’s remained unchanged at Four Seasons Resort Orlando is the warm and highly attentive service. Whether you’re entertaining your little ones at the popular Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and Pals or carving out some well-deserved self-care at the spa, the staff genuinely cares about making you feel, well, happy. And because the resort is so large and all-encompassing with every luxury imaginable, you won’t need (or possibly even want) to leave—proving you can indeed experience some magic without having to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
